This Privacy Policy explains how Motimoon Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Angry Dots (the “Game”).
The Game is a mobile puzzle game available on iOS and Android. The Game does not require account creation or player profiles. The Game uses mobile analytics and attribution, offers one-time in-app purchases, and may include rewarded advertising when advertising is enabled.
1. No Account Creation or Player Profiles
The Game does not require players to create an account.
We do not ask players to provide personal profile information such as:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Username or nickname;
- Password;
- Profile photo;
- Contact details;
- Social media account information.
The Game does not currently include player accounts, public profiles, chat, or multiplayer messaging features.
2. Information Collected Automatically
We do not require players to create an account, and we do not ask players to provide personal profile information such as a name, email address, username, password, or contact details.
However, because the Game includes third-party services for analytics, attribution, advertising, and platform in-app purchases, certain technical, advertising, purchase, usage, and device-related information may be collected or processed automatically by those services.
This may include, depending on your device, settings, region, consent choices, and applicable law:
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and language settings;
- Advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers, where available and permitted;
- IP address and approximate location inferred from IP address;
- App usage and gameplay event information;
- Campaign attribution and marketing measurement information;
- Advertising information, such as ad views, ad clicks, impressions, rewarded ad completions, and related advertising data, when advertising is enabled;
- Purchase confirmation information for one-time in-app purchases;
- Diagnostic, performance, security, and fraud-prevention information related to the Game, ads, purchases, or third-party SDKs.
The Game does not request access to your precise GPS location.
The Game uses Tenjin for mobile analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement. Depending on your device, settings, region, consent choices, and applicable law, Tenjin may process information such as IP address, device or vendor identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, app and SDK version, operating system information, device type or model, language or locale, country, campaign attribution information, and selected app event information.
Selected in-game event information used for analytics and campaign measurement may include information about app activity, and purchase-related events.
We and our third-party service providers may use this information to operate and improve the Game, provide analytics and attribution, measure and optimize marketing campaigns, show ads when enabled, process purchases, deliver in-game items, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information You Provide to Us
The Game does not require you to provide personal information.
However, if you contact us for support, send feedback, or make a privacy request, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, device information, purchase receipt, or other details needed to respond to your request.
We use this information only to respond to you, provide support, resolve issues, verify purchases, or comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain the Game;
- To save game progress and in-game item status locally on your device;
- To store and update virtual coin balances, lives, and life-refill timers in local app storage;
- To provide coins, boosters, lives, or other in-game items;
- To allow players to spend virtual coins on in-game actions, including obtaining a life without waiting for the life-refill timer;
- To process and verify one-time in-app purchases;
- To restore purchases where supported;
- To understand how users discovered the Game and measure the performance of marketing campaigns;
- To measure selected gameplay, shop, and purchase-related events;
- To show advertisements when advertising is enabled;
- To provide personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent, device settings, region, and applicable law;
- To measure ad performance;
- To limit repeated ads;
- To detect and prevent advertising fraud;
- To improve gameplay, level design, performance, and user experience;
- To prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Spending virtual coins to obtain a life is an in-game action. It does not itself create a separate payment transaction with Apple or Google. Game progress, virtual coin balances, lives, and life-refill timing may be stored in local app storage on your device. If you purchase virtual coins through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase processing described in Section 6 applies.
5. Advertising
The Game includes an integration with Google AdMob and may show rewarded ads when advertising is enabled. Advertising availability may vary, and ads may not be available at all times.
AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or receive certain information from your device, including advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, app usage information, ad views, ad clicks, impressions, diagnostics, and related advertising data.
This information may be used to:
- Show ads in the Game;
- Provide personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent, device settings, region, and applicable law;
- Measure ad performance;
- Limit how often the same ad is shown;
- Detect and prevent advertising fraud;
- Improve advertising services.
Where required by law, we or our advertising partners may ask for your consent before showing personalized ads or using certain identifiers or local storage.
You can manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings. For example, you may be able to reset or delete your advertising ID, limit ad personalization, or control app tracking permissions depending on your device and operating system.
6. In-App Purchases
The Game offers one-time in-app purchases that can be used inside the Game. These may include items such as coins, boosters, or other digital content.
Purchases are processed by the platform provider:
- On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play;
- On iOS, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details, bank account information, or app store password.
We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as:
- Purchased item;
- Purchase price and currency;
- Date and time of purchase;
- Transaction ID;
- Purchase receipt or confirmation;
- Refund or cancellation status, if applicable.
We use this information to:
- Deliver purchased in-game items;

- Tenjin for mobile analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement;
- Advertising partners for user acquisition, attribution, campaign measurement, and optimization;
- Google AdMob for rewarded advertising when advertising is enabled;
- Google Play Billing for Android in-app purchases;
- Apple In-App Purchase / App Store for iOS in-app purchases.
When we run advertising campaigns, attribution and selected event information may be shared with advertising partners to measure and optimize campaign performance.
These third-party services may collect, receive, use, store, and share information according to their own privacy policies and the settings, permissions, and integrations that apply to the Game.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, but we select service providers that help us operate, market, monetize, measure, and improve the Game.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience.
The Game does not require users to create an account or provide names, emails, usernames, passwords, or contact details.
We do not knowingly collect personal profile information from children.
However, because the Game includes analytics, attribution, in-app purchases, and may include advertising, third-party services may process limited technical, advertising, purchase, usage, or device information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Because the Game does not have player accounts or profiles, we do not retain account records or profile information.
Information related to analytics, attribution, advertising, purchases, fraud prevention, security, and support may be retained for as long as necessary to operate the Game, provide purchases, measure campaigns and advertising, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the third-party service involved.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information associated with the Game.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Device Advertising and Tracking Choices
You may be able to manage advertising and tracking preferences through your device settings.
On iOS and Android, you can manage certain advertising and privacy preferences through your device settings. The exact settings may vary depending on your device, operating system version, and region.
On iOS, the Game may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before certain tracking-related data is accessed or used. You can allow or deny this request and later change your choice through your iOS device settings. Denying the request does not prevent you from playing the Game.
If you disable or limit ad personalization or tracking, you may still see ads when advertising is enabled, but they may be less personalized.
14. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Game, process purchases, deliver in-game items, and respond to support requests;
- Consent: where required for personalized ads, access to advertising identifiers, app tracking, or similar technologies;
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the Game, measure performance and campaigns, prevent fraud, and maintain security;
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, tax rules, accounting requirements, legal requests, and platform obligations.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. If required by law, we may provide additional notice, such as through the Game or app store listing.
Your continued use of the Game after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, where permitted by law.
