This Privacy Policy explains how Motimoon Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Club Hop: EDM Phonk Music Rush (the “Game”).
You can play the Game without creating a public account or providing your name, email address, or password.
1. Information We Collect
The Game may store progress and preferences on your device, including completed levels, coins, and settings.
We may also receive limited anonymous gameplay information, such as the levels you play, whether a level was completed or failed, gameplay progress, coins collected, level ratings, and session information.
Advertising, attribution, analytics, and app-store services may process limited device, app, advertising, purchase, and interaction information needed to provide their services.
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and improve the Game;
- Save progress and unlock content;
- Understand level performance and player experience;
- Show and measure advertisements;
- Process and restore purchases;
- Prevent fraud and technical abuse;
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
3. Advertising
The Game may display interstitial advertisements after certain level completions. Ads are delivered by third-party advertising providers. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
The Game does not currently use rewarded advertisements or banner advertisements.
4. In-App Purchases and Premium
The Game may offer Premium access through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Available products, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the Game before purchase. Payments are processed by the applicable app store. We do not directly receive your full payment-card information.
We may receive information about purchases and subscription status that is necessary to provide, verify, restore, and measure Premium access. Analytics and attribution providers may also receive limited purchase-event information.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the Game, including providers of cloud hosting, analytics, attribution, advertising, app-store purchases, and customer support.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Club Hop automatically creates an anonymous player account when you use the Game. You may request permanent deletion of this anonymous account and the associated server data at any time.
Delete your account from inside the Game:
- Open Club Hop: EDM Phonk Music Rush;
- Tap the Settings button on the home screen;
- Select “Delete Account & Data”;
- Confirm the permanent deletion request.
Local game information stored only on your device may remain until you clear the Game’s app storage or uninstall the Game.
Purchase and transaction records controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play are handled according to the applicable app store’s policies and may remain in your app-store account.
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our rights. Such information will be retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
Other information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, provide support, protect the Game, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may manage advertising and tracking choices through your device settings and any consent options shown in the Game.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Game does not require children to create a public account or provide their name, email address, or password. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us.
9. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
