This Privacy Policy explains how Motimoon Apps ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use Score AI - Live Match Analysis ("Score AI" or the "App").
Score AI allows users to select or capture an image containing football match statistics and request AI-generated match insights, summaries, and statistical analysis.
An active paid auto-renewable subscription is required to access Score AI's match-analysis functionality. Score AI does not currently provide free match-analysis functionality.
Score AI generally does not require users to create a traditional named account or provide a name, username, profile photo, phone number, or social-media account in order to use the App.
Score AI uses RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may assign an anonymous or pseudonymous App User ID so that subscription status and purchase entitlements can be associated with an App installation or customer record.
Score AI may also use technical identifiers through its cloud backend infrastructure for purposes such as providing App functionality, storing analysis results, security, support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, migration, and administration.
Score AI allows you to select a photo or screenshot from your device or capture an image containing football match statistics.
The selected image may contain information such as:
When you request an AI analysis, and after you provide the required permission, Score AI sends the selected image to the Google Gemini API, provided by Google LLC.
Google Gemini processes the image in order to generate the football match analysis, summary, insights, or related response that you requested.
If you do not provide permission, Score AI will not send the selected image to Google Gemini and the AI analysis request cannot be completed.
We recommend that you avoid selecting or capturing images containing personal, confidential, sensitive, or unrelated information that is not necessary for football match analysis.
Score AI does not maintain a server-side photo library of the football match screenshots or photos that users select for AI analysis.
Based on the current Score AI implementation, the selected image is sent directly for AI processing and is not stored in Score AI's cloud database as a persistent image record.
However, the AI-generated analysis result returned from the AI service is stored using Score AI's third-party cloud database and backend infrastructure.
Stored analysis results may contain information derived from the selected screenshot, including team names, match scores, statistics, summaries, observations, or other information generated from the submitted image.
Score AI currently does not apply an automatic expiration period to stored AI-generated analysis results. Such results may therefore be retained indefinitely unless they are deleted by Motimoon Apps or deleted following a valid user deletion request.
Deleting the Score AI application from your device does not necessarily delete information already stored in Score AI's cloud systems.

Score AI uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to provide AI-powered match-analysis functionality.
For the current image-analysis functionality, the selected image is sent to the Google Gemini API, provided by Google LLC.
Google may process the submitted image, prompts, related request information, and generated response in accordance with Google's applicable terms, privacy policies, security practices, and Gemini API data-processing practices.
Score AI currently uses a paid Gemini API service. According to Google's documentation for paid Gemini API services, Google does not use prompts, submitted files such as images, or generated responses to improve its products.
Google may nevertheless retain or process prompts and responses for limited periods for purposes such as abuse monitoring, security, service operation, and compliance with its applicable terms and policies.
Google's own retention periods and processing practices are controlled by Google and may vary depending on the Gemini API functionality and configuration being used.

We may add, replace, or change AI service providers in the future. If a change results in personal information being shared with a new third-party AI provider, we will update our disclosures and obtain any additional consent required by applicable law or platform requirements before sending personal information to that provider.
Before Score AI sends a selected match image to Google Gemini for AI analysis, the App presents a disclosure describing:

Score AI may request access to your device camera or photo-selection functionality when you choose to capture or select an image for analysis.
These permissions are used to allow you to provide the football match image that you want Score AI to analyze.
You control camera and photo permissions through your device settings and may change or revoke those permissions at any time.
Revoking these permissions may prevent image-selection or image-capture features from functioning.
Score AI uses third-party services for functionality including analytics, attribution, subscription management, backend functionality, security, and purchase processing.

Selected match images: Score AI does not maintain a persistent server-side library of the selected football match screenshots or photos as part of the current App implementation.
Images submitted to Google Gemini may be temporarily processed or retained by Google in accordance with Google's Gemini API terms and data-retention practices.
AI-generated analysis results: Score AI currently stores generated analysis results in its cloud database without an automatic expiration period. These records may therefore remain stored indefinitely unless deleted by Motimoon Apps or following a valid deletion request.
Subscription information: Purchase and entitlement information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain access, restore purchases, resolve disputes, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, analyze subscription performance, or comply with legal or platform obligations.
Analytics and attribution information: Third-party analytics and attribution providers may retain information according to their own retention schedules and Score AI's service configuration.
Support information: Information submitted in connection with support or privacy requests may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Because Score AI generally does not use a traditional named account, we may need information such as an App User ID, transaction identifier, purchase receipt, or other relevant technical information to locate records associated with your request.

Deleting Score AI from your device may remove locally stored information, subject to operating-system and backup behavior.
Deleting the App does not necessarily delete information held by external service providers or information stored in Score AI's cloud database.
